75 minutes...

Today I took a break from life for 75 minutes. I know that isn't a really long time...but it was HEAVEN!! Yoga is there for me when I need to just quiet down and listen to myself. It is my way of breathing, relaxing, letting my thoughts of the day go, and focusing only on myself and what my body needs. I thank God every single time I step onto my mat that I found the practice of yoga.
